During pre-natal screening Zoe was told that she was having a boy and that there was a 98% change that he had Trisomy18, a chromosome disorder that would likely lead to his death. She chose to continue with her pregnancy and celebrate whatever time she might have with her baby boy. At her 39-week appointment there was no heartbeat and her son Finn had died in utero. Zoe lives in Ottawa with Finn’s little brother, Hamish.
